This Meditation Bench is Standard size with angled, folding legs. Color is Indigo. Fabric is Raw Silk. This bench is padded with cotton batting and a layer of foam, and then covered with raw silk fabric. It is a very comfortable sitting meditation bench. Its excellent design allows you to sit easily with your spine straight, your back supported, and your body relaxed. Made from Alder Wood. Here are some pointers for choosing the size of your bench. The standard (angled) bench is 6.5″ inches tall at the front and 8″ tall at the back. The tall bench is 1″ taller overall than the standard bench. The standard rounded leg bench is 6.5” tall (rounded leg benches only come with folding, not standing, option). Generally the tall bench is good for people 5′ 10″ or taller. It is also good people who are less flexible, as well as for those with stiffness or pain in their knees or hips.
